This new mouthpiece designed by Aaron Tindall is designed for use in rotary valve CC tubas. It has a bowl-shaped Fred Geib-style cup. Fred Geib (1871-1950) played tuba in the New York Philharmonic for, amongst others, Gustav Mahler and Richard Strauss. The throat is medium-sized, which helps accurate pitching. This mouthpiece produces a rich and even tone across all registers.
